川香鸡柳用的腌料成分有哪些

腌料成分:老抽、蚝油、黄酒、色拉油。

腌制步骤:

1、用肉锤或者刀背将鸡胸拍松,切成条状;

2、将所有调味料、腌料和水放入碗中拌匀,将其倒入鸡肉中,混合均匀;

3、将腌制好的鸡肉放入冰箱静腌,腌制十二至二十四小时,每隔两个小时翻动一次;

4、将腌制好的鸡柳置油锅中油炸,炸至金黄色,2分钟捞出,控去多余油汁即可。
