五香扣肉的料汁配方

1、带皮五花肉600公克,红葱头10粒,砂糖3大匙,酒半杯,水2杯,胡椒粉少许,五香粉少许,酱油2杯。

2、将五花肉及猪皮切小丁,红葱头切碎备用。

3、用猪油1大匙爆香红葱头至香味溢出,再加入肉丁炒至肉色变白。

4、将所有调味料混合均匀,放入猪皮一起煮开,改小火熬煮1小时至皮肉酥烂即完成。
