1、HIIT就是高强度间歇训练,就是在训练中变换训练强度,使训练强度高低交替进行。

2、推荐给进阶者一套HIIT动作,共九个动作。

立卧撑10个,跪姿俯卧撑起10个。俯撑交替提膝左右各20个,深蹲20个,凳上反屈伸20个,深蹲跳10个。仰卧卷腹20个,后箭步蹲左右各10个,仰卧挺髋20个,整套动作根据自身情况进行2至4个循环。
