健身煎鸡胸肉的做法

1、主料:鸡胸肉1块、紫甘蓝50克、黄瓜1根、秋葵1根、圣女果适量。

2、辅料:食用油5毫升、胡椒粉3克、盐3克。

3、做法:

(1)清水入锅,鸡胸肉焯水去血沫。

(2)紫甘蓝切丝,黄瓜切片秋葵切段,圣女果对半切。

(3)鸡胸肉打花刀。

(4)倒入食用油,放入鸡胸肉,煎至两面微黄。

(5)加盐和胡椒粉,煎至两面金黄。
