低脂的早餐吃什么

1、豆浆配鸡蛋:材料:黑豆、花生仁、玉米渣、枸杞、红枣(去核)、黑芝麻。

2、前一晚睡前先抓一小把黑豆泡好,起床以后连同几颗花生仁,以及玉米渣、枸杞、无核红枣、芝麻各少量,一起倒进豆浆机,加入清水。

3、再煮两个鸡蛋。

4、早上喝一杯热乎乎的豆浆,配两个鸡蛋。不但能补充营养,还让一天精神充沛,豆类作物里面含有植物雌激素,多多食用,可以更健康!
