1、原料:法国新鲜鹅肝,盐,胡椒,白兰地酒,什锦香料,柳橙,橄榄油,苹果醋。

2、鹅肝适当调味,什锦香料、白兰地酒,腌8小时、慢火隔水烤约60~80分钟。

3、取出鹅肝,待冷却切片置于盘内,柳橙一个,取部分果肉装盘,柳橙汁拌橄榄油、苹果醋、淋于冷鹅肝周围即可。
