1、大腿与小腿成90度,仰起、躺下。

2、双手抱头,大腿小腿位置不变。依次抬起左、右大腿,头部向膝盖靠近,30次后进行下一步。

3、休息15s

4、双手抱头平躺。依次抬起左腿、右腿,再放下左腿、右腿。

5、双手放在胸部,尽量抬头、平躺。

6、休息15s

7、大腿与身体成90度夹角,双臂十字伸开。仰起尽量去摸小腿。30次后进行下一步。

8、双手放在腹部,仰起头,大腿与身体成90度。大腿尽量靠近腹部,再恢复到90度。
