白果蒸蛋

1、原料:白果10粒、鸡蛋2个、盐1/8小匙。

2、白果去除胚芽,放入滚水中煮至熟软,捞起备用。

3、蒸锅中倒入半锅水烧热,放入白果蛋汁的蒸碗,隔水蒸5-10分钟,锅内水将滚时,搅拌一下蛋汁,使白果浮出蛋面,继续蒸至蛋汁凝固即可。
