1、倒蹬车:仰卧在瑜伽垫上,屁股贴紧瑜伽垫,双脚与地面成30度角,双脚交替屈伸,动作像在倒蹬自行车,动作尽量缓慢,保持腰部贴近地面,全程保持均匀呼吸,持续20秒。

2、臀桥:仰卧在瑜伽垫上,双腿曲起略宽于肩,脚跟着地,用臀部发力将身体抬起至身体与大腿在一条直线上,臀部抬起时上背部支撑地面,抬起时呼气,下落时吸气,做10次休息10秒。
