1、抬腿勾脚尖:10秒然后换左腿,每组三次,身体挺直不要后倾

2、小腿操:踮起默数1秒放下,脚尖翘起停留一秒共做五组

3、夹书本瘦身:坐在椅子三分之二处,挺直要背,双脚并拢。在膝盖处夹一本书,抬起双腿。使大腿尽量贴近腹部。停5s后放下。重复此动作20次。
