2、身体站直,双脚打开与肩同宽,手向前方伸直,手掌朝前。双手上下交换交叉,手臂不能下垂。做30次。

3、像做伏立挺身一向手撑著身体,但膝盖要著地。双手与肩同宽,手臂伸直,慢慢一边数到5,一边手肘向下弯。到最低点时停2秒,而身体是不能碰到地,再慢慢伸直手臂。做10次。
