1、芦笋洗净切段,南瓜切块,圣女果对半切开,生菜取嫩叶部分撕小块。

2、芦笋放入锅中,焯水1分钟,捞出沥干,放入南瓜煮熟,捞出沥干。

3、锅中放入黄油,放入牛排煎40秒,翻面煎40秒,盛出切小块。

4、放入生菜、圣女果、南瓜、芦笋、牛排块,挤上沙拉酱,撒上黑胡椒即可了。
