1、锻炼肱二头肌的时候找一个支撑斜面,托住大臂,达到固定的目的,配合哑铃做提起来的动作,动作要慢慢做,感受发力12个1组,3组。肱三头肌躺下来从胸前向上推举哑铃,12个一组,三组。

2、小臂固定或者拖住小臂右手腕正转反转哑铃,上下运动。在饮食方面多食用牛肉、牛奶等富含蛋白质的食物有助于恢复肌肉疲劳。
