油酥蛋卷的做法和配方

1、原料:鲜猪腿肉500克,春卷皮500克,芽菜250克,熟菜油1千克(实耗250克),味精5克,葱花150克,鸡蛋150克。

2、猪肉洗净切成小颗粒,油锅内炸酥。加入剁细的芽菜,葱花,味精,拌成馅。

3、用春卷皮包馅,卷裹成筒状,放入七成热的油锅内,将其炸至八成熟后捞出。鸡蛋打散,充分搅拌起泡,蛋卷粘上蛋液,再入油锅内炸制成熟。
