核桃猪腰

1、原料:猪腰4个,核桃仁60克,香菜10克。

2、调料:盐,黄酒,葱段,姜块,清汤各适量

3、猪腰冶净,撕去外膜;核桃仁去外衣;香菜洗净。

4、沙锅内放清汤,黄酒,葱段,姜块,猪腰,核桃仁,烧开后撇去浮沫,改用小炎炖至猪腰酥烂,拣去葱段,姜块,捞出猪腰,切成厚1厘米的片,重新入锅用盐调味,撒上香菜即成。
