先做深蹲还是先跑步

1、可以跑步和深蹲结合起来。深蹲有锻炼腿部形态的效果,跑步有瘦腿的作用。建议锻炼完深蹲后再跑步。

2、如目的是细腿瘦身,那么可以慢跑40分钟以上,一周跑3到5次。另外跑步前可以做徒手深蹲。深蹲做4组左右,每组做20个,每组间休息1分钟。
