干煸鱿鱼的正确方法

1、主料:鱿鱼(鲜)250克;辅料:芹菜30克;调料:姜4克,盐3克,味精1克,辣椒(红、尖、干)10克,花椒3克,白砂糖2克,猪油(炼制)15克。

2、鱿鱼须洗净加盐码味,放入沸水锅中氽一下捞出;

3、香芹洗净切“一字条”;

4、锅中放猪油烧热,下干辣椒节、花椒、姜丝略炒,续下鱿鱼须同煸,调入盐、味精、香芹、白糖炒匀,起锅盛盘即成。
