1、贴墙跟,屁股肌肉收紧,挺胸,肚子肌肉往里吸,用胸腔吸气,腰往前挺,两内个肩膀往后张一点容点,对这镜子去训练。

2、只要双手有空闲的时候,就双手肘关节处都弯成九十度,再放到后背,让左手抓住右手肘关节,右手抓住左手肘关节!这样背就弯不下去了!只要坚持一段时间,双手闲的时候就做!就可以养成抬头挺胸的习惯了!
