2、杠铃划船,这个动作主要训练背部的肌肉,提高背部与上肢的力量,采用站姿,双脚站距于肩同宽,膝盖微曲,俯身,保持挺胸直腰,上半身与地面形成45度左右夹角,双手握紧杠铃,握距比肩宽,然后使用背部发力。

3、杠铃深蹲,主要锻炼腿部肌肉,但对于身体控制力、协调性、核心都是一个不错发展。
