减去小腿赘肉适合在室内做的方法有:

1、后踢小腿:单腿屈膝后踢,固定住两腿的膝盖向后踢小腿,每次后踢的时候尽量让脚跟去碰臀部。每条腿做20-30次为一组,重复做3组。

2、坐着抬小腿:身体挺直坐在椅子上,让大腿与小腿呈90度,收腹挺胸,下巴与地面平行。身体保持不动,两个膝盖固定,抬起一条小腿。尽量绷直膝盖和脚尖,注意是抬小腿,而不是抬大腿,大腿后侧一定不能离开椅子。
