猪大肠制作方法

1、用料:猪大肠500克,青、红椒共150克,水发木耳50克。调料:葱1棵,姜1块,蒜3 瓣,料酒、生抽各0.5汤匙,精盐3茶匙,味精、香油各1茶匙,淀粉3茶匙,花生油1汤匙。

2、做法:先将猪大肠洗净煮至八成熟,改刀成三角片,用料酒、姜腌渍。木耳、青红椒改刀三角片,姜切片,葱切段,蒜拍成茸。锅加底油下葱、蒜炝锅,加青、红椒、木耳、精盐、味精炒熟出锅。锅加底油,下入猪大肠爆炒,加入精盐、生抽、料酒后放入炒好的青红椒,木耳翻炒,放入香油勾芡出锅。
