1、立位拉筋法:首先双手平行举起,放在耳朵两侧,记得要尽量伸展双臂;弓步站姿,记得腿要尽量伸直;身体与地面垂直,头要摆正,眼睛平时前方;保持这种姿势三到八分钟,然后再换另一边,时间一样。

2、卧位拉筋法:找一张靠墙的床;躺在床上仰卧,右腿伸直倚在墙上,左脚屈膝落地(尽量触碰地面),双手平行伸直在耳朵两侧;保持十分钟左右,然后再换另一边脚。在这期间,左脚可以作骑自行车的动作,放松一下髋部的关节。
