冬天用生姜泡脚的方法

1、材料:生姜一块,热水。

2、做法:先将生姜去皮切片或拍碎,放入锅中加入小半锅水,盖上锅盖用热水煮上10分钟左右。煮好后,将全部姜水倒入泡脚桶中,加入适量温水,再晾凉至40℃左右(一般以不感觉到烫为宜)。

3、生姜性温热,可发散风寒,所以风寒感冒初期喝姜汤的发汗效果是非常好的,而姜水也是性温的,不但能激活脚部活性,增强血液循环,也具有全身保健作用。
