1、靠墙左(右)侧小臂前侧拉伸;测对墙壁站立,双脚自然分开;左(右)手手臂外旋,指尖朝下,手掌按在墙上,手肘朝下;头与身体向右(左)扭转。

2、左(右)臂后侧拉伸;站直挺胸,左(右)臂上举至耳边,肘关节最大幅度折叠;右(左)臂扶在左侧肘关节上,向右(左)后方拉。

3、左(右)侧胸部拉伸;左(右)腿弓步在前,右(左)手叉腰,左(右)肩略微耸起,左(右)小臂和手掌贴紧墙面,大臂平与地面,上身前移并向右(左)扭转,感受左(右)侧胸部的牵拉感。

4、左(右)肩后侧拉伸动作:身体站直,躯干稳定面向前方,左(右)臂水平伸向右(左)侧,右(左)手套住左(右)臂肘关节,右(左)臂慢慢向右后侧用力。

5、上背部拉伸;自然站立,双手十指交叉,掌心对向身体,然后翻掌用手背对向身体向前推出;低头,身体跟着手前推的力量向后弓背到最大幅度。
