俯卧撑训练方法

1、膝盖俯卧撑,动作要领:双膝着地,双手按地,双臂伸直,与肩同宽,身体呈直线,弯曲肘部直至胸口与地面距离一拳左右,暂停会儿然后快速推回,重复上述动作。

2、半俯卧撑,动作要领:双手撑地,与肩同宽,双腿伸直,使身体呈一条直线,慢慢弯曲肘部至肘部呈90度,暂停会儿然后快速推回,重复上述动作。刚开始练习时可通过在髋部下方放置篮球的方式控制身体下降高度。
