自制泡菜

1、包菜洗净晾干,泡菜的瓶子洗净沥干水;

2、将包菜塞入瓶中,加凉开水,盐、胡椒、干红椒、姜片,拧紧瓶盖密封腌制;

3、冬季大约腌制10多天,腌制20多天,颜色变黄;

4、随吃随取,用干净的筷子取出一小块;

5、切丝,做一盘泡菜苕粉肉丝。
