茴香豆腐馅饼制作方法

1、准备材料:茴香80-100克、面粉300克、千页豆腐200g、鸡蛋1个、油2勺、盐3克、五香粉和十三香10g;

2、300克面粉加入170克温水,搅拌成面絮,揉成面团,保鲜膜包紧,醒半小时;

3、茴香和千页豆腐打碎,加入鸡蛋、油、盐、五香粉和十三香,搅拌均匀;

4、面醒好后,揉成光滑的面团,切成小块擀出面皮,用包包子的方法包起来再压扁;

5、锅内下油,把饼放入小火煎,煎至两面金黄即可。
