7、提高大腿肌肉爆发力,主要练习动作有深蹲,腿曲伸。深蹲不必完全蹲到底,使用中等负重,较快的频率;

8、提高小腿肌肉及根腱力量,主要练习动作有站姿提踵和坐姿提踵。
