屈膝跳训练方法

1、身体直立,双腿微曲,双脚距离与肩同宽。双手平放在胸前,十指相扣,掌心向下。这是动作的起始位置。

2、向下做个半深蹲的动作,然后尽可能高的向上跳起,双膝向胸部靠拢,试图用膝盖碰触双手手掌。

3、下落的同时再次向下半深蹲,以此缓冲对腿部的压力。然后站回起始位置,准备下一次起跳。

4、以上是一次完整动作,重复动作至推荐次数。
