1、首先将杠铃杆插入到专用的固定装置或是顶到一个墙角,在杠铃杆的另一端放上适合重量的杠铃片。

2、面对锚点站立,双腿宽距站立,双手抓握住杠铃杆的顶端自然下垂,先做下蹲2次,起身站立后,保持直腿状态,屈髋向前俯身2次。

3、动作过程中始终保持背部平直,保持脊椎的刚性才能起到好的效果。
