1、老年人在日常生活中就应该补钙,平时多吃一些含钙量高的食物,在天气好的时候经常在户外晒晒太阳,都有助于钙吸收,老年人的饮食一定要好好调理,各种营养元素应该均衡的吸收,这样才不至于让身体的机能下降的太快。

2、随着年龄的增大,中老年人骨量流失加快,对食物的消化吸收力却相应退化,缺钙稍微严重的,甚至会出现手抽筋,腰疼等问题。
