1、两腿前后分开成一条直线,前腿的脚后跟、小腿腓肠肌和大腿后肌群压紧地面,脚尖勾紧上翘,正对上方;

2、后腿的脚背、膝盖和股四头肌压紧地面,脚尖指向正后方;

3、髋关节摆正与两腿垂直,臀部压紧地面。

4、上体正直。可做上体前俯,压紧前面腿的前俯压振动作、亦可做上体后屈的向后压振动作,增大动作难度和拉抻幅度,动作幅度由小到大,逐渐用力。
