1、吸气的同时肩膀向上缩,接着用力呼气、肩膀用力向下。

2、分别先从前后左右四个方向对颈椎做一个基础拉伸,然后用毛巾从身体前方开始向后做、再从后向前拉伸10个来回。

3、大拇指向上比赞,手臂保持在一条直线上,然后大拇指带动手掌、手臂、腋下转动即可。
