干焗蟹塔

1、主料:虾肉、熟肥肉、蟹肉。

2、辅料:香菇、火腿、面粉、蟹壳。

3、调料:盐、香油、料酒、鸡精胡椒粉、鸡蛋清、姜、淀粉。

4、将虾洗净去皮剁成茸,熟猪肉切成丁,香菇洗净切成丁,火腿切成丁,姜切末。

5、将去一器皿,放入虾肉、蟹肉、熟猪肉丁、香菇丁、火腿丁、姜末、胡椒粉、鸡精、料酒、鸡蛋清顺时针方向搅拌,再加入香油调成馅,再将调好的馅放入蟹壳中;

6、上笼蒸3-5分钟,开锅后取出;

7、坐锅点火,倒油待油热后将蟹塔粘上面粉入锅炸至金黄色捞出即可。
