银耳鱼汤制作方法

1、鱼头、鱼尾、洗净,沥干水,放盐、油、蒸鱼酱油、料酒腌制5分钟;

2、银耳洗净浸泡,让银耳发泡,撕开,沥干水,待用;

3、清水煮沸,放入入银耳、红枣,煲30分钟;

4、热锅,倒油,放入鱼头、鱼尾、生姜丝小火煎;

5、微黄,翻转另外一面继续煎,二面微黄即可。
