油焖笋

1、净春笋250克、酱油15克、白糖15克、生抽100克,鲜汤、麻油及味精适量。

2、做法:鲜笋剥去外层硬壳,切去老根,用刀背拍松后切成段。锅内入油加热,待油7分热时,倒入笋段段煸炒几分钟。

3、调入料酒,生抽和糖翻炒几下,加盖焖3分钟左右。打开锅盖,调入鸡精,撒入香葱花即可。
