弯道跑步技巧

1、弯道跑的上肢动作主要集中在摆臂上,摆臂的动作一般可以帮助制造离心力,右臂向前摆动时,右手的位置应向左接近身体中线,有时可以适当过中线一点;向后摆动时右肘可以向右斜后方摆出,但动作不要摆的过高过大,以免影响重心向前。

2、左臂摆动的要比右臂小些,向后摆动时肘部要紧贴于躯干部并适当的摆动快些。这样摆动,两臂可以很好的协调起来,有助于身体向前的速度。两臂的肩部在摆动时要自然的放松,左肩略低于右肩。
