1、干海参发泡,选择干净的器皿,洗去干海参表面的浮尘,将海参放置0到5摄氏度的水中浸泡24到48小时,中间换水两次,将泡软的海参从腹部破开,取出海参前端牙状物,用中火煮40到60分钟,换0到5度冷纯净水,泡24到36小时,中间换水2次,直至发泡到干海参2倍左右长度即可食用;

2、 干海参直接做菜食用,例如葱爆海参,鲁系名菜,做法简单,准备好海参、大葱、姜和生抽,爆炒即可,此外,鸡蛋海参羹,做法简单又营养可口。
