节食减肥法

1、节食减肥方法:早餐可选择虾仁、鸡蛋羹、水煮蛋、脱脂牛奶或木糖醇酸奶等高蛋白饮食。中餐进食很重要,主食尽量避免高淀粉食物、高糖食物。以发面面食(如发面饼、馒头、花卷)最佳,菜品上要忌放糖和淀粉。

2、午饭菜品荤素搭配营养要丰富,荤菜以白肉为主,如鸡肉、鸭肉、鹅肉、鱼肉、海鲜、蛋类等,所配素菜各类蔬菜均可。

3、晚餐18:00前就餐,可选择水煮青菜和低糖的水果。这样节食既可减肥,同时也有利于身体健康。
