4、坐姿,做伸懒腰状,双手在头顶交握,挺直腰背,向右侧弯曲,达到最大限度,坚持15妙,然后反方向各做4次。

5、端坐,背部挺直,右手扶药,左手向右侧伸,带动身体往右压,同时深呼吸。保持15秒,左右各做4次。拉伸时腿部盯住,不要晃动,保持身体平衡,长期坚持可以瘦腰。
