1、瘦腿前脚掌站在瑜伽砖上或是一本厚书上,身体自然前倾保持重心。脚跟向上,2次呼吸后再向下,用脚跟去接近地面,依然保持2次呼吸,这一上一下为一组。重复做十五组。

2、背靠墙,双腿打开一肩宽,脚尖朝前,目视前方,双臂自然下垂。臀部慢慢下坐,脚向前移动,直到大小腿呈90度,大腿与地面平行。背部保持贴墙,用力将脊柱向上牵引,腹部收紧,腿内侧肌肉收紧,保持呼吸均匀,直到大腿发酸为止。休息一分钟后继续,做5次。
