1、孔雀式的衍伸式。双手向下弯曲撑地,两腿尽量分开,左腿伸直并小腿稍微向上抬起,右腿与左腿大概为90度,向前伸直,右膝盖叠放在右手肘的上方。

2、鹤蝉式,双臂挺直双手撑地五指分大分散力量,双腿弯曲并且两个小腿部分要平行于地面,这样的动作可以有利于锻炼手臂的肌肉。

3、斜板的衍伸式,双臂伸直撑地,右腿膝盖弯曲碰到右手肘即可,然后右脚尖点地,左腿向后挺直伸展并脚尖着地。

4、秋千式的衍伸式,双臂伸直支撑在大腿外侧并五指要稍微隆起撑地,双腿在前方伸直,脚趾要尽量向前,注意双腿双脚并拢且双膝要伸直。
