1、上身平躺,两腿弯曲,用腹部的力量拾起头部和肩部;或者是进行卷腹运动,只涉及躯干运动,即动作时只需头部和胸椎离开地面,腰椎平贴于地面,形成躯干弯曲的动作,这样可以增加腹部肌肉的参与。

2、患有腰椎方面症状的病人,不宜做仰卧起坐。比如患有腰椎间盘突出的患者,不宜进行仰卧起坐运动,可以适当的去寻找其他的锻炼方式。

3、上班族不适合做仰卧起坐。因为人长期坐着不动,低着头弯着腰,造成颈椎和腰椎承受巨大的压力,如果做仰卧起坐的话,会让已经受伤的颈椎、再次受到压迫,加重受损情况。
