1、塑身操一。动作:仰卧躺在床两脚并拢慢慢抬起,抬到与身体成90度时慢慢放下(膝盖不可弯曲,肩膀和手臂不可用力)。在离床面30公分处停下来,静候1分钟,做10次。效果:可使膝盖变小,提臀,腰变结实,下腹部和胃部赘肉消失。

2、塑身操二。动作:身体躺于床,双膝微弯,双手抱头(吸气)。双手抱头,将身体慢慢抬离床面,收腹吐气,到最高点时停约10秒。慢慢将身体放平,继续动作做20次。效果:这组运动可加强修饰腰、消除腹部赘肉,达到减肥健美的效果。
