1、仰卧,双脚张开与腰同宽,膝盖弯曲,双手平放两边。

2、边吐气边尽量挺起腰部,直到气完全呼出,再回到动作1,中间不要休息,动作要保持连贯。持续做15~20次。

3、每次做都要用力,习惯了这套动作之后,臀部可以不着地,效果会更佳。
