1、主料:卷心菜2个、小米椒5个、盐15克、白醋200毫升。

2、卷心菜洗净,晾干后用手撕成小片,加入切碎的小米椒拌均。

3、加入10-15克食盐腌制半小时,再倒入白醋拌均。

4、盖上盖子腌制10小时以上即可食用。
