1、跑步之前要进行热身,边热身边练习腹式呼吸。

2、跑步前期自然呼吸,后期心率上来之后采用深呼吸。

3、深呼吸采用鼻吸口呼,2-3步-呼吸;深呼吸尽量做到呼气是吸气2-3倍时长;最后拉伸也要配合深呼吸。
