1、直接拉伸起来,腰椎压力很大,用肘关节支撑,将身体推起来,头部延伸。

2、肘关节有向后拉的感觉,头往上延伸,腰椎压力减少很多。

3、盘腿坐在垫子上,双手展开,腹部收紧,吸气后倒向一侧,手臂和头要有一定的延伸感。

4、保持匀速的呼吸,大概拉伸15-30秒即可,左侧拉伸完可以换到另一侧。
