葱油扁鱼

1、原料:新鲜鳊鱼一条,香葱若干,油盐味精料酒姜等调料备用。

2、鳊鱼洗净后放入清水中,加入盐、料酒、姜等配料入锅同煮。

3、取出煮熟的蝙鱼,盛盘待用。香葱切末同味精等调料撒在鱼身上。

4、锅内倒入色拉油加热,将热油倒在鳊鱼身上,即成。
