显微镜成像原理

1、显微镜是利用凸透镜的放大成像原理,将人眼不能分辨的微小物体放大到人眼能分辨的尺寸。显微镜要经过凸透镜两次成像,第一次物体介于物镜的一焦距和二倍焦距之间,成倒立放大的实像;

2、根据凸透镜成像规律可知,实像位于目镜焦点或者焦点之内,被再次放大,形成了倒立放大的虚像。
